Governor Greg Abbott says hair and nail salons can reopen starting this Friday. Yesterday's announcement says salons must keep hairstylists separate by six feet, take appointments only or have walk-ins wait outdoors with social distancing and only attend to one customer at a time. The measure applies to cosmetology salons, barbershops, hair salons, nail salons and tanning salons. Gyms will reopen May 18th.
