A routine traffic stop in Vidor early this morning ended with a man going to jail on drug
charges. Police stopped a Tahoe just past 1:30 in the 2400 block of North Main. The
driver, 28-year old Tyler Wayne Ezell of Vidor, was seen throwing items out of the
passenger window. Officers recovered more than 41 grams of methamphetamine. Ezell
is charged with possession of a controlled substance.
