Woodville Man Guilty Of Drug Trafficking

A Woodville man faces up to life in federal prison after pleading guilty to drug trafficking

charges. 26-year old Christopher Dashawn Montoya was arrested in Polk County in December

of 2019 after methamphetamine, marijuana, cash, a digital scale, and a firearm were found in

a home. A search of Montoya’s vehicle at that residence revealed two additional firearms and

illegal drugs. He will be sentenced at a later date.
