A woman has been charged with witness tampering after the body of a boy was found in a duffle
bag at the Best Western Inn in Jasper Tuesday evening. Theresa Balboa is awaiting to be
taken back to Harris County. It is believed the body is 6-year old Samuel Olsen, who was
reported missing last week. Balboa is the girlfriend of the boy’s father. Samuel was reported
missing last week. He waslast seen at schoolin the Cy-Fair area on April 30th.
