A 19-year old woman has been indicted by the Jefferson County grand jury on a charge of
accident involving injury or death. 19-year old Isabell Rene Guy is accused of striking a
motorcyclist on Highway 90 on September 7th. She left the scene. The motorcyclist, 74-year old
Kenneth Weaver died three days later. A license plate that fell off of Guy’s vehicle led to her
arrest.
