Eddie Money died today. Eddie was a rock and roll, good guy. He visited here at the station. Cancer was the cause. (Esophogus). Smoker? Sure. Unusual? No.We are all going to die. I quit smoking 29 and a half years ago. I had smoked for 40 years. Best decision of my life. It’s probably why I’m still here. Do yourself a favor. If you smoke, as you light the next one up, stop for just one moment and think about it. If your breathing is still good, think about it again. I know. You’ve got a friend who never smoked in their life and they died of cancer. It happens. But just maybe you’ll be one of the lucky ones. The bonus in quitting will help you realize how happy you make folks around you. But most importantly, you’ll be the better for it. breathing is cool. Breathing cleanly is even cooler.
