A 17-year old is in custody following a shooting in the 1700block of Jefferson Drive in Port
Arthur yesterday afternoon. Two teen were hospitalized with gunshot wounds. Port Arthur police
located and arrested Jose Cortez. He is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
