A murder trial in Jefferson County is heading to the jury. 45-year old Jarvis Cutten is charged
with the December 2020 strangulation death of 33-year old Delvin Dewayne Simon while
watching football at the Amber Park Apartments in Groves. Cutten is claiming self-defense.
