A Tyler County jury has sentenced a man to 20 years in prison for a stabbing. In July of 2019,
34-year old Richard Cryer used a 12-inch butcher knife to stab a co-worker at Elijah’s Café in
Woodville. It was Cryer’s second day on the job at the café.
