The South Texas State Fair opens this evening at Ford Park. Tex-Dot will close the Major
Drive exit off of I-10 west during peak times to prevent traffic from backing up onto the
interstate. Also, due to a bridge project, Fannett Road is closed just east of Walden Road.
Fair goers are asked to plan their route ahead. The South Texas State Fair runs through Sunday,
April 3rd.
