A Beaumont man charged with shooting and killing his wife has turned down a plea agreement.
Terry Barlow is accused of 2021 murder of Ashley Barlow. A plea agreement would of
sent Terry Barlow to prison for 50 years. He will go to trial on a later date. If convicted, he
faces five to 99 years or life in prison,
