A juvenile is in custody after making a bomb threat Tuesday morning at the Silsbee Middle
School. The investigation revealed the call was made from a cell phone coming from Orange.
The 13-year was questioned and admitted to making the threat. He was in possession of the
phone used to make the bomb threat. The teen has been charged with false alarm, which is a
state jail felony. Two other teens were question, but were not detained.
