A 34-year old Beaumont man is on his way to federal prison for more than 11 years after
pleading guilty to drug violations. Billy Ray Joseph Jr. was arrested in March of last year
after a search warrant of his home on McLean Street in Beaumont produced a firearm, crack
cocaine, plastic wrapping that contained heroin, drug paraphernalia, and ecstasy were found.
Joseph was sentenced to 135 months yesterday.
