An arrest has been made in connection with the death of a man in Tyler County. The body of
Joe Kelvin Brown was found Sunday inside a home following a fire off of County Road 4180 near
Damn B. Yesterday, 37-year old Bruce Lee Chance of Orange, was arrested and charged with
capital murder. He is jailed in Tyler County. Other arrests could follow as the investigation
continues.
