A $50,000 bond has been set on a Vidor man charged with two counts of aggravated assault with
a deadly weapon. 30-year old Matthew Caleb Dabill is accused of stabbing two men outside a
residence off of FM 1004 in Buna Sunday afternoon. 26-year old James Ray Honea, of Evadale,
remains in critical condition at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. 27-year old Houston
Norman, of Buna, was treated and released. The investigation into the stabbing continues.
