Police detectives in Orange believe mishandling a gun led to a fatal shooting Monday.
25-year old Megan Smith was shot in the back at her home in the 1500 block of Main Street.
She was transported to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. Police questioned her
husband who says the shooting was accidental. No charges have been filed at this time as
the investigation continues.
