Testimony resumes this morning at the Jefferson County courthouse in the trial of a man charged
with indecency with a child. David Anthony Humphries is accused of inappropriately touching
a 9-year old girl and a 5-year old girl and the Academy Store in Port Arthur. Testimony is taking
place in John Stephens’ courtroom.
