Tex-Dot crews will divert southbound traffic on Eastex Freeway, near Dowlen Road,
overnight to allow work crews to remove concrete barriers. Traffic will be moved to
the frontage road from 8:00 tonight to 5:00 tomorrow morning. In Port Arthur, there
will be alternating lane closures nightly along Savannah Avenue, from 25th Street to
the railroad track, for concrete repairs. This work will continue from 8:00 pm-5:00 am
through Friday.
