A man authorities say is responsible to the death of a Port Acres woman has been convicted
on federal charges of committing robberies, conspiracy to use and carry firearms during crimes
of violence, and conspiracy to possess firearms. 35-year old Sabino Orlando Martinez is also
responsible for the May 2010 shooting death of Allison Neil Clark. She was shot and killed in
her vehicle on West Port Arthur Road. Her 3-year old daughter was in the car and was unharmed.
Martinez faces up to 100 years in federal prison.
