Tex-Dot will close the southbound lanes of Cardinal Drive from Highland to MLK overnight
tonight to allow crews to install concrete barriers. The entrance ramp and the MLK exit ramp
will be permanently closed as crews begin the second phase of the ramp reversal project.
Tonight’s work will begin at 7:00 and will end at 5:00 tomorrow morning.
