A grand jury in Tyler County has indicted a Bridge City woman for murder, arson,
and tampering with evidence. 46-year old Angie Coats is charged with the March
murder of Joe Kelvin Brown, whose body was found inside a burning home. Coats
is being held on a $250,000 bond. 36-year old Bruce Lee Chance, of Orange, was
also indicted for his involvement in the murder of Brown. His bonds total $600,000.
