A Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a Port Arthur man for manslaughter. 45-year old
Lam Xuan Vo is accused of the May 15th shooting death of his son, 23-year old Peter Tram,
in the 2300 block of Woodrow Drive in Port Arthur. The father and son were in an altercation
when the shooting occurred. Vo claimed he fired his gun to scare his son. The bullet struck and
killed Tram.
