Following last week’s resignation of Beaumont Independent School District’s chief of police
Rob Flores, the school district has named an interim replacement. Joseph Malbrough was
named to replace Flores on an interim basis until a new chief is hired. Malbrough is a lieutenant
with BISD. Flores resigned last week.
