A $1.5 million bond has been set on a Beaumont teen police say was present when 19-year
old Kera Teel was shot and killed last week. 17-year old Atayanna Asia Douglas was arrested
Tuesday and charged with three counts of aggravated robbery. She was taken into custody in
Lake Charles and returned to Beaumont. Police continue to ask for the public’s help in finding
the others responsible for the death of seven month pregnant Kara. At last report, a cash reward
