One person was killed this morning following a multi-vehicle wreck on I-10 east near Ford Park
in Beaumont. The DPS reports the driver of a pickup, pulling a trailer, crashed into the back of
a commercial vehicle that had stopped in the outside lane due to an earlier wreck. The commercial
vehicle rear ended another pickup. The driver of the first pickup was pronounced dead at the
scene. Two others were hospitalized with unknown injuries.
