The Marine Safety Unit, located at the Port of Port Arthur will receive a new captain this
morning. Captain Jackie Twomey will replace Captain Randall Ogrydziak, who has been
commanding the Marine Safety Unit in Port Arthur since July of 2014. Captain Twomey is
coming to Southeast Texas from Paducah, Kentucky. A change of command ceremony will
take place at 10:00 this morning at the MCM Elegante in Beaumont.
