A contract worker for Motiva Refinery in Port Arthur has died after a crane fell on him
at MLK & Terminal Road in Port Arthur yesterday afternoon. The victim worked for
Newtron’s Beaumont facility and was doing maintenance work on the right of way
between Motiva’s refinery and terminal. The investigation on what cause the crane to
fall continues.
