Tex-Dot will close both lanes of Highway 73 from 10:00 to 4:00 today between Highway 347 to
9th Avenue in Port Arthur to allow Entergy to repair damaged power lines from an earlier
incident. Traffic will be diverted to the frontage roads. In addition, all traffic will be stopped
for ten to 15 minutes at approximately 11:00 this morning. Motorists should expect delays and
consider using an alternate route during these hours.
