Driver May Have Suffered A Heart Attack

Beaumont police report a medical condition may have led to an accident on I-10 yesterday

morning. The 61-year old Vidor man was driving westbound, just north of the Laurel

Street exit, when his pickup struck the concrete wall on the interstate. It is believed the

driver may have suffered a heart attack. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
