Joe Domino has been named the new president of the BISD Board of Managers. Other
Appointments to the board yesterday were the naming of A.B. Bernard as Vice President
and Robert Turner as Secretary. Last week, Dr. Jimmy Simmons, Lenny Caballero, and
Jack Carroll all announced they were stepping down from the board effective the end of
the month.
