The sentencing phase in the trial of a man that pleaded guilty to two counts of intoxication
manslaughter gets underway this morning at the Orange County courthouse. In May of 2015
Travis Collins, of Orange, struck a motorcycle with his pickup killing Riley and Emily
Portie. A jury was seated yesterday. Collins faces two to 20 years in prison.
