This past May a complaint was filed against an Orange County Deputy Sheriff. Due to the
seriousness of the complaint, 48-year old Brian Kenneth Foley, of Orange, was placed on
administrative leave with pay pending an investigation of the allegations made against him.
As a result of the investigation, Foley has been charged with indecent exposure. He was arrested
yesterday. Foley, who is no longer employed by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office bonded out
