+Beginning at 1:00 this afternoon the Salvation Army will be providing food boxes and water at Breath and Life Ministries, located at 3700 Proctor Street in Port Arthur. Volunteers are needed and can arrive as early as 11:00. Volunteers are also needed at the Golden Triangle Salvation Army Distribution Center, located at 1490 North 7th Street in Beaumont.
