+Tex-Dot is currently working to schedule debris pickup throughout southeast Texas. Residents living along state roadway should place debris generated by Tropical Storm Harvey along the state of right of way for pickup. The right of way is the area of residential property that extends from the street to the sidewalk, ditch, utility pole or easement.
