The driver license offices in Orange and Port Arthur will reopen this morning .The DPS will
provide a no-cost replacement or identification card for residents in the impacted area, provided
they previously been issued a Texas driver license or ID card. You are asked to bring whatever
identification or residency documentation you have in your possession. The Beaumont driver
license office opened last week.
