A Vinton couple is in the Calcasieu Parish Jail facing multiple charges of cruelty to a minor.
40-year old Brian Fisher and 40-year old Tammi Campbell are accused of keeping four children,
all under the age of nine locked inside their home with animal urine and feces. Campbell was
arrested over the weekend after showing up to the hospital with a 5-year old girl. The child
had sores and bruises over her body. She was malnourished and also had a lacerated kidney.
Fisher is being held on a $325,000 bond. Campbell on a $225,000 bond. The children have
been placed in state custody.
