Handcuffs, ropes, duck tape, chains, a hatchet, and machetes were among the items found in
the tent of 19-year old Paul Adams Jr., who shot and killed himself in front of Orange County
deputies on October 2nd along a canal off of FM 1135. Detectives say Adams shot and killed
14-year old Tristan Dilley in her bedroom at her mother’s house on October 1st near Buna.
Tristan was a freshman at Silsbee High School. All the items were purchased by Adams at
a Wal-Mart on September 28th.
