Beaumont police report a motorcyclist was killed early this morning in a two vehicle wreck at
the intersection of 4th & Bowie. The motorcyclist, whose name has not been released, was
traveling north on 4th Street when a car collided with the cyclist, who was pronounced dead at
the scene. The driver of the car was arrested for city warrants. Further charges could follow.
