Port Arthur police are investigating a shooting that sent two children, both under the age
of five to the hospital last night. The boy and girl were shot at the Louis Manor Apartments,
located in the 1300 block of Louis Drive. The gunshot wounds are not life threatening.
Witnesses say the gunshots came through a window from outside.
