Port Arthur Man Pleads Guilty To Federal Charges In Louisiana

A Port Arthur man, who used to work for the post office in Lake Charles, is facing up to 10

years in prison after pleading guilty to a federal charge of using an unauthorized device. Shawn

Bell Jr. allegedly pumped more than two-thousand dollars in gas into his private vehicle by

using U.S. Postal Service fuel cards. Bell will be sentenced in January.
