FEMA has announced they are extending hotel stays for those impacted by Harvey. The
hotel sheltering program may be extended to January 16th. However, there is a mid-term
eligibility review on December 12tt, Residents participating in the Transitional Shelter
Assistance will receive a phone call, e-mail, and/or text messaging advising them if they
have continued eligibility for assistance through a participating hotel.
