The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in locating a missing teen. 15-year old
Heaven Ray Cox, of Mauriceville, has been missing since Sunday. She left a note in her bedroom
saying she may be heading to California, but did not give any additional information. It is
believed she may be in the company of someone she met online. Heather is a white female,
with brown eyes and blonde hair cut past her shoulders. She is 5-3 and weighs about 113
pounds. Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Orange County Sheriff’s Office
or Southeast Texas Crime Stoppers at 833-TIPS.
