Two are jailed following a pursuit with Beaumont police. Police attempted to stop a car on a
traffic violation in the 5600 block of Concord just before midnight when the car sped off.
The car stopped in the 5000 block of Bruce and the two suspects exited the vehicle and fled
on foot. They were quickly apprehended. Both were in possession of methamphetamine and
Xanax.
