Aaron Tupper has been appointed as the new Emergency Management Coordinator in Hardin
County. Tupper has emergency management training and experience, and is committed to
furthering his education in his field in the coming months. He will be strengthening
relationships between the Hardin County Office of Emergency Management and all the first
responder entities within Hardin County, and throughout Southeast Texas.
