A student and Hamshire-Fannett High School has been indicted for criminal mischief . 17-year
old Cody Lee Arnold is accused of scratching the side of a teacher’s car with a key this past
October. Arnold denied the accusation, but several students told the teacher they saw Arnold
key the vehicle. If convicted, he could face up to two years in prison.
