Two people are in the Orange County Jail following a pursuit. Vidor police attempted to stop
a car that matched the description of an individual that had an outstanding warrant. The car
sped off. The chase ended at the dead end of Daniel Road in rural Orange County. The two
occupants fled into a wooded area and were later located in a nearby home. Devin Andrews had
a possession warrant and is also charged with evading in a motor vehicle. Rosemary Andrews
had two warrants and is also charged with evading.
