Early this morning, Beaumont police responded to an alarm at American Bedroom
located in the 2400 block of 11th Street. The first officer arrived and found a car parked
by the north door of the business. 37-year old Natalie Derrick, of Port Neches, was sitting
in the vehicle. Officers entered the business and found 38-year old Dustin Terro, of Beaumont,
inside. Stolen property was also found in the suspect’s car. Both Derrick and Terro were
arrested and charged with burglary of a building.
