Hardin County Judge Wayne McDaniel wants to reminds residents that the county has
finalized debris removal from the county’s right of way. The county is facing issues of
residents continuing to place debris along the right of way. That debris will need to be
properly disposed of by the property owner or the individual that placed it there. Anyone
who is found placing debris in the county right of way, could be cited for illegal dumping.
