Low Water Pressure In Port Arthur

Port Arthur residents are asked to conserve water. The city receives its water from the Lower

Neches River Valley Authority and due to an above average number of large water main

breaks in Port Arthur’s system, pressure is temporary reduced in the city. The issue is expected

to be resolved early today.
