A Port Arthur woman has been convicted of intoxication manslaughter. It took a Jefferson
County jury just over a hour to find Vanessa Davis guilty for the July 2015 death of Pam Fields.
Davis was under the influence of cocaine when she crashed her car killing Fields. Davis faces
2-20 years. The punishment phase of the trial begins this morning in Judge Raquel West’s
courtroom.
